五星级酒店的自助吃过好多回了，附近湖西的中茵皇冠也去了几次，凯悦是第一次来，说实话，自助都差不多，比较的是环境和服务，凯悦非常不错，值得来！

住酒店包含早餐一份，起了个早，发现起早过来吃早餐的真不少，我应该再早一点。通透的玻璃映了点阳光进来，跟前天滂沱大雨对比起来真的是两种心情。几个档口人都挺多的，服务员引了个座位就坐下了，要了咖啡or茶里的红茶，比较温润，有一小壶。品种一看挺多，中西合璧，比较喜欢水果的那档，绝不逊色于晚餐，西瓜、蜜瓜、菠萝、火龙果、苹果、油桃、荔枝等，光吃个水果就能饱腹的节奏。鲜榨的果汁也整齐地排列在冰柜上，要了中规中矩的橙汁，其实还蛮想喝胡萝卜汁的，都比较健康。有一个专门做鸡蛋的地方，各种选择，单面煎蛋、双面煎蛋、蛋清蛋卷、炒蛋、水波蛋、蛋卷，轮着花样来。边上还有煎培根和蛋卷，类似于早上吃的蛋饼，里面裹了浓郁的酱，很好吃，因为是切成小块的，拿一个尝尝也无妨。最热闹的当属面档，各色的挂面悬在木桩上，胡萝卜、菠菜等，颜色各异。还有小馄饨，这个销魂，鲜肉小馄饨稍等片刻出锅，自己加了点葱花、香菜、虾米、紫菜皮等，一碗诱人的小馄饨给早餐的期待值又拉伸了不少，吃起来也很带感，个头很饱满，汤清淡又鲜。喝粥的地方也摆放好几款，我最爱的还是白粥，为了是不浪费品尝边上酱菜的机会，九宫格酱菜依次排开，最爱松肉、宝塔菜、榨菜和腐乳，用小碟盛放，跟白粥一起吃，竟然起了点怀念。边上还有各种热炒，番茄炒鸡蛋就挺好吃，还有特色炒面和一些时蔬。喜欢吃传统蒸点的也有，方糕、烧卖等都在叠起的蒸笼内，热气腾腾。西式的话面包之类的也是多，还有各种果酱，发现桌上都放了tiptree的果酱，我很喜欢。一顿早餐下来吃得也是有点撑，稍作休息之后可以去GYM里消耗点卡路里。
